It focuses on developing managerial and leadership skills while providing knowledge in domains such as Specialization in Personnel Management & Human Resource Management, Sustainability Management. Dual specialization in Finance & Marketing Management.

ASBS offers specialization in Personnel Management & Human Resource Management, Sustainability Management. Dual specialization in Finance & Marketing Management.
The eligibility criteria for the PGDM Program at ASBS are as follows:
- Any Indian National with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in graduation from a UGC-recognized University can apply.
- Candidates completed the final year of graduation and expecting to complete all requirements, including examinations.
- Applicants should have appeared for any of the qualifying exams, such as CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, CMAT, CET, or GMAT, for the batch 2023-25 admissions.
The selection process for the PGDM Program includes the following steps:
- Shortlisting of candidates based on test scores (CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, CET, ATMA, GMAT) and criteria like previous academic record and work experience.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personal Interviews on scheduled dates.
- The final merit list will be prepared based on weighted scores of various components, including academic record, test score, work experience & Personal Interview.
To apply for the PGDM Program at ASBS, you can obtain the Application Form and Admission Brochure from the Institute by paying Rs. 1800/-. The form can also be obtained from the ASBS counter on all working days, and applicants can submit it in person. Alternatively, you can apply online on the ASBS website (https://www.asbsmba.com/admissions).
ASBS provides separate hostels for boys and girls. The charges for hostel accommodation are separate from the tuition fee.
