How to Apply to ASBS Management Programs
Prospective students can apply to the ASBS Management Programs through the online portal at asbsmba.com/admission
Step 1: Application Form
The application form will require the following information:
Personal Information
Academic Information
Professional Experience
Program Interest: Questions aimed at understanding the candidate's aspirations and interests related to the program.
Institute Preference: While preferences will be considered, they do not guarantee allotment of the preferred institute.
Once all sections are complete, candidates must sign a declaration to validate their eligibility, authenticity, and intent.
Step 2: Application Fee Payment
Applicants are required to pay an Application Fee of Rs. 1,800 as a skill assessment and evaluation fee through the payment gateway linked to the AES Akademia School of Business Studies' bank account.
An Application Number will be generated upon successful payment.
Payment can be made through UPI, NEFT, IMPS, or RTGS.
Step 3: ASBS MBA Selection Process
Upon successful application submission, candidates will be contacted via call, WhatsApp, and email by the Central Admissions Office regarding the selection process.
Selection Process Includes:
Akademia Schools Skills Evaluation Test (ASSET)
Personal Interview (PI) and/or Written Assessment Test (WAT)
Rolling Selection Cycle:
The selection process operates on a rolling cycle, conducted every Saturday, starting 11th January 2025.
The process will take place at designated CP/ASBS venues as per a predefined schedule.
Candidates must have appeared or appear for at least one national-level entrance test such as CAT, MAT, ATMA, or CET before completing the admission process.

The Akademia Schools Skills Evaluation Test (ASSET) assesses the skills and aptitude required for a successful career in management.

Step 4: Selection Results and Next Steps
A Composite Score will be calculated based on performance in ASSET and WAT/PI.
Minimum Composite Score to Qualify:
60% for general category students
50% for category students
Waitlisting: Students scoring between 50%-59% (40%-49% for category students) will be waitlisted.
